Upside down wedding cake

I'm honestly very surprised to hear Marks & Spencers are now offering an upside down cake wedding cake. This is the same British institution that supplies a country with its safe cotton underwear and where the nation's children are outfitted with their drab grey school uniform. I didn't think M&S had it in them.

They by no means re-invented the wheel, but still, it's different and brings a wry little smile to my face. It takes a moment to realize what you are looking at. I think the best part is the pile of raspberries that looks so deep I could go swimming. 


But then again, M&S did bring us Collin the Caterpillar
